Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery of goods is mainly carried out with DHL and partially with Hermes.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany is made within 3 – 5 days, and international deliveries within 5 – 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

The shipping costs within Germany are as follows:

Order Tracking

We don’t provide order tracking for smaller goods like postcards.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of your order to return or exchange items from your order (in the case of pickup, this is the day the items are collected from the store you selected). If you wish to return your online order, please send us an email at shop@riikkalaakso.com.

All returned items must be in a saleable condition, including the original packaging, tags, and/or labels.
